How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes an average of 3–7 business days in the US, Canada, UK, and EU; 5–7 days in Australia and New Zealand; and 7–12 days in Chile. Delays may happen due to customs or external factors.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but only to selected countries: US, Canada, UK, EU (France, Germany, Spain), Australia, New Zealand, and Chile. We currently don’t ship to other locations.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an international tracking number by email within 5 business days after purchase confirmation. You can check it through your local postal carrier or the platform indicated in the email.

Who covers taxes and customs fees?

Import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless specified as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur. If a shipment is significantly delayed or confirmed lost, our support team will review your case and may arrange reshipment or refund.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

What conditions must my item meet to be eligible?

Items must be unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@barvene.com. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Personalized items, beauty products, perishables, hazardous materials, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix the issue.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take longer to post it. If 15 business days pass with no refund, contact support@barvene.com.
